Activity and attraction search across multiple data sources
Itinerary planning and saving tools
Integration with booking platforms and third-party services
Personalized recommendations based on family preferences
Optional integration with Google and Apple services (Calendar, Maps, Wallet)

3. User Accounts

You may sign in using your Google or Apple account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@familyfunsearch.com.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to scrape, copy, or redistribute our search results in bulk
Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
Use automated tools to access the service without our written permission
Impersonate any person or entity

5. Third-Party Services and Links

Our service displays information from third-party providers including Google Places, HERE Maps, Viator, Azure Maps, and OpenStreetMap. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or content of third-party services. Booking and purchasing activities through linked providers is subject to those providers' own terms and policies.

6. Booking and Transactions

Family Fun Search may display links to third-party booking platforms. We do not process payments or fulfill bookings directly. All transactions are between you and the third-party provider. We are not responsible for cancellations, refunds, or disputes with third-party providers.

7. Intellectual Property

The Family Fun Search name, logo, and original content are owned by Family Fun Search and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding or content without written permission. Activity listings and descriptions sourced from third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Disclaimers

Family Fun Search is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of activity listings
That any activity is appropriate for your specific family or children
Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service
That search results will be free of age-inappropriate content

Always verify activity details, age requirements, and safety information directly with the venue before visiting.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Family Fun Search shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including damages related to activities discovered through our platform.

10. Subscription Plans

Family Fun Search offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your saved data will be deleted within 30 days.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
